Welcome to the xk66 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between xk66 ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("User", "Member", "you"). By accessing the platform or creating an account, you give your full consent to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

General Provisions

xk66 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides sports betting, casino games, live gaming, slot machines and various other entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all services, websites and related platforms.

1.1 Definitions

"Platform" — The xk66 website and all services under it.
"Member" — Any person who has created a valid account.
"Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits granted by the platform.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

xk66 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account, making deposits or participating in any game. We may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time. An account may be suspended until age verification is complete.

Warning: Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all remaining funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, the same household, the same IP address or the same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Information

Providing accurate and complete information at the time of account creation is mandatory. Providing false or misleading information will result in the account being closed. If your information changes, notify the support team immediately.

Account Management

3.1 Password & Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep all account login details completely confidential. Use a strong password and change it regularly. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, contact [email protected] immediately. Using your account through a third party is prohibited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

xk66 may request a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document for identity verification when required. Withdrawal access may be limited until the verification process is complete. All submitted information is handled with strict confidentiality.

3.3 Account Suspension & Closure

xk66 reserves the right to suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

Breach of Terms
Fraud or fraudulent activity
Providing false information
Bonus abuse
Account security risk

Users may also request account closure at any time.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

xk66 offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200. Or a deposit of ৳34,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the total balance.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable after the requirements are met.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay are eligible for the bonus.
If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
Promotional offers have a specific validity period — once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
xk66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus programme at any time.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at xk66 is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing time is generally between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be limited while an active bonus is in place.
Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
Withdrawals may be placed under review if unusual or suspicious activity is detected.
Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5.3 Failed Transactions

xk66 is not responsible for any transaction that fails due to a technical error. However, please contact the support team to recover funds from a failed deposit. Additional documents may be requested to review suspicious transactions.

Security: All financial transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless xk66 specifically offers a cash-out or cancellation facility. If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, xk66 reserves the right to cancel it.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on cricket, football, kabaddi and various other sports. Results will be determined based on announcements from official sources or the relevant governing body. If a match is abandoned or incomplete, the settlement of the related bet will follow the applicable rules.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live casino, table games) are operated on a fair play basis. Game outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG). If the connection is lost during a game, the bet amount is protected and the result is recovered.

6.4 Betting Limits

xk66 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and event. These limits may be changed at any time. It is also possible to set personal betting limits as part of responsible gaming.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
Abusing the bonus system or fraudulently claiming bonuses.
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
Using automated software or bots to play.
Accessing another member's account or hacking.
Collusion or fraudulent cooperation with other players.
Match fixing or manipulation against the platform.
Intimidating or harassing platform staff.
Operating an account on behalf of a third party.

If any form of fraudulent activity is detected, xk66 reserves the right to close the account and hold all funds without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming

8.1 Setting Limits

Members can set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits for themselves. Once activated, reducing a limit takes effect immediately; an waiting period may apply for increasing a limit.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xk66 platform — logos, trademarks, software, designs, graphics, text, images and other materials — is fully owned by xk66 or properly licensed. No provision of these Terms grants the user any rights over the said assets.

Reproducing or distributing any part of the platform without permission is prohibited.
Reverse engineering of game software is prohibited.
Unauthorised use of the xk66 name or brand identity is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

xk66 is not liable for the following:

Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
Financial loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
Failure of third-party service providers.
Service disruption due to force majeure (natural disaster, war, government restriction).
Account access by an unauthorized third party.

In any circumstance, xk66's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the user's most recent deposit. xk66 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages.
